Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return policy from the day the order was shipped for all regular products. This includes a 20% Restocking fee, and the customer must pay for return shipping. For order cancellations before the work has begun we charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover transaction costs. If the work has begun and it is a custom order then there is no cancellation available. For any custom orders or orders that are a custom colour ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
